Instructional Design Portfolio.

My daily motto might be, “Simplify, then amplify!” I value vibrant messaging, alignment, and creative problem-solving.  Although creative, I take a systemic and highly detailed approach to my projects. I rely on both research-based, proven strategies and design-thinking-inspired collaboration with both my stakeholders and learners to design interactive learning experiences that drive both engagement and results.  As long as there’s a clear rationale for their use, I’m always eager to learn new technologies too.
